Never again I'll work in software support. Imagine what kind of phone calls I had to deal with.
To replace the motherboard was almost the same price as buying a new phone.
Batteries exploding, phones draining in 20 minutes of usage, overheating, apps crashing all the time, driver incompatibility, backup issues, phones dieing with no reason and don't get me started with the motherboard problems. I used to work in a software support company for windows mobile and those phones were the absolute worst. It's just another chinese cloned brand now, just like Motorola. But because they decided to go with wm, now they don't exist anymore. They should have went with android instead of that horrible windows mobile.
Dolon, Lumias could have been saved if it was earlier 😭😭😭It's Nokia's fault.
